Dr. Anderson is board certified in both plastic surgery and otolaryngology (head and neck) surgery. He currently limits his practice to plastic surgery with an emphasis on cosmetic plastic surgery, melanomas and reconstruction after cancer. As a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Anderson maintains a firm commitment to patient education and the advancement of plastic surgery.
Dr. Daniels was born and raised in Houston, TX. He then went on to study at the University of Texas at Austin. During his senior year, he accompanied Dr. Anderson on a medical missionary trip to Guatemala. That amazing opportunity to help those with so many different types of problems sparked his interest in plastic surgery.
Recognized as a fellow Top Doc in DFW, Dr. Derrick focuses his practice on plastic and reconstructive surgery. Patients praise his genuine kindness, compassion for education, and exceptional results. He is certified by the American Board of General Surgery and has operated on thousands of patients in the Fort Worth area since 2018.
With over 20 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Aly brings proven leadership and operational excellence to the team. With a passion for patient experience, she oversees all aspects of the business while leading this amazing team. Aly and her husband have enjoyed traveling and lived abroad in Europe! In her free time, she enjoys cooking, birding, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two sausage dogs.
Kathy was recruited specifically for her expertise and more than 15 years’ experience in plastic, dermatology, and reconstructive billing. She enjoys helping patients navigate thru the insurance maze and helping them to understand their insurance coverage. Kathy has been married for 38 years and lives to spoil her two wonderful grandkids. She loves the outdoors, gardening, and her breakfast casserole is a staff favorite.
Tina is the Operations Lead at FWPS. She has over 20 years of experience in plastic surgery and brought her talents to us in 2010. She enjoys working closely with patients to ensure every detail of their surgery goes smoothly. Tina and her husband live in Hurst with their 3 dogs. Her hobbies include music, traveling and hiking.
With over 20 years of experience in critical care and aesthetic medicine, Cynthia is a wealth of knowledge. She is well known in this community with a loyal following and it is easy to see why. Cynthia has a passion for helping others and strives for the highest standards in patient care. She always puts the patient first which makes her a beloved advocate for patients pursuing either a medical or cosmetic surgery.
Melissa Smith is the Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator at Fort Worth Plastic and has been with the company for 7 years. Melissa enjoys building new relationships with patients throughout their surgical journey and loves helping them increase their confidence with exceptional results. In addition to being a full-time employee, Melissa is a wife and a busy mother of 3 boys. She enjoys being outdoors and loves spending time with family and friends.
Monica shares her 23 years of experience in plastic surgery, spa management and surgical assisting with us. She began working with Dr. Derrick in 2018 and loves working with our patients! Her upbeat attitude and laughter create a warm experience for both staff and patients. Her hobbies include traveling and trying out new restaurants with her husband.
Yolanda joined Fort Worth Plastic Surgery in May 2022. Her background in customer service, advertising and Professional Makeup Artistry over the last 15 years makes her a great asset to our industry. Yolanda loves making people feel and look their best, and we love her warm smile shared throughout the office. She is excited to be part of the team! Her hobbies include dancing, concerts, and spending time with her family.

She truly enjoys connecting with patients and guiding them through their surgical journey. Lauren lives in Arlington with her 8-year-old daughter, Tatum, and their two adorable Scottish Terriers. Her hobbies include interior design, all things plants, and checking out the local artistic culture.
